FAQ
- When am I charged?
- On pay as you go, when you send, for the emails in that send. On a monthly plan, once a month.
- Is there a free allowance?
- No. Signing up is free, but every email sent is paid for. It keeps people who send spam off the platform, which protects everyone’s delivery.
- Can I switch plans later?
- Yes. When you upgrade, we charge the difference between the two monthly prices straight away and add the extra emails to your allowance. When you downgrade, there’s no charge or refund, and the lower allowance starts at your next renewal.
- What happens if I go over my allowance?
- A campaign that needs more emails than you have left this month won’t send until you have enough. Upgrade your plan and the extra emails are added straight away, or talk to us.
- Is there a long-term contract?
- No. Monthly plans roll monthly. Cancel any time and keep your data.
